ASI is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and we encourage you to bring your families to explore New Zealand with you.

Being at the forefront of what we do and following the success of the 4 previous times we have offered this service, we are offering a conference childcare service again this year.  

Registrations are now open! Please register as early as possible to help us plan accordingly.

Why use the ASI childcare service?

✅  At only AUD 20 per day (per child), we are heavily subsidizing the cost of this service for delegates
✅ Children can use the resources provided and/or bring their own
✅ It's a wonderful opportunity for work-life balance and to create more family memories
✅ Your little one will love telling everyone they are going to Mummy or Daddy's "work conference" (and possibly love skipping normal daycare/school)
✅ To pioneer a new way of conference travel if you are juggling family and work life.
✅ Even if you are bringing a partner, parent, parent-in-law or travelling companion,  they may just like a little break - this is a flexible service as you can choose any number of care days required.

Please register as soon as possible as this will greatly facilitate our planning and help us provide the best possible service.

*** Please register before Nov 1st 2025 as this will greatly help our planning. Please do contact us even if this date has passed, in case our staff:children ratios can still accommodate your needs.

Important Notes

• There will be strict compliance with the required staff-to-children ratios.
• All children are to be signed in and out by a parent or authorized carer.
• Details about your child, such as any allergies, intolerances, or special requirements, will be collected by the staff closer to the date.
• Parents and authorized carers are more than welcome to drop in and out throughout the day.
