Description
The third joint workshop of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Immunology and the German Society for Immunology will be held immediately following the ASI annual scientific meeting in December 2019 in Adelaide. The workshop will run over two nights (Thurs 12 - Sat 14 Dec 2019) and will be held at the Vine Inn, Nuriootpa in the Barossa Valley.
We currently have 22 ASI and 20 DGfI members attending the combined workshop. As with the previous workshops (Canberra 2015 and Fulda/Germany 2017), this is an excellent opportunity for immunologists from Australia, New Zealand and Germany to discuss their research, and to establish and/or expand collaborations.
Attendance at the main ASI annual scientific meeting is requisite for participation in the joint workshop. Some participants of the joint workshop will also be incorporated as speakers in the main meeting.
Please note that we have sought sponsorship but participation in the workshop will incur a registration fee of AUD 300 to cover venue costs, accommodation and food.
Expressions of Interest were invited from all ASI and DGfI members but have now closed, and attendees have been notified.
Due to limited venue capacity, regretfully, we cannot accept registrations unless we received an EOI submission earlier in the year.
