ASI Inc. is affiliated with the following organisations:

International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS)

The IUIS is an umbrella organization for many of the regional and national societies of immunology throughout the world. As articulated in its Constitution, the objectives of IUIS are:

  • to organize international co-operation in immunology and to promote communication between the various branches of immunology and allied subjects
  • to encourage within each scientifically independent territory co-operation between the Societies that represent the interests of immunology
  • to contribute to the advancement of immunology in all its aspects.

ASI is strongly represented within the IUIS.  ASI Members Roslyn Kemp and Joanna Reed (ASI IUIS Representative) are both members of IUIS Council.

Immunopaedia Ambassadors are being sought to help promote Immunopaedia and to contribute content for courses.  As there are currently no Ambassadors from Australasia, ASI Members are encouraged to contribute to IUIS by either submitting original pieces or by editing existing material.
