Go behind the scenes of one of Victoria's leading medical research institutes

As part of the Day of Immunology celebration events, organised by ASI VIC/TAS Branch, Monash University is opening its doors to the public.

Discovery tours provide a unique opportunity for the community to find out more about medical research, see our state-of-the-art facilities, learn about our exciting discoveries and talk to passionate scientists about their research.

The Department of Immunology and Pathology is one of the leading academic immunology departments in Australia, dedicated to rapidly translating new discoveries into innovative treatments.

We're part of the School of Translational Medicine (formerly the Central Clinical School) at AMREP. It’s an extraordinary aggregate of different avenues and approaches to medical research from the Alfred hospital, our neighbours- the Baker and the Burnet Institute, and various departments from Monash, including the Public Health School.
We warmly invite you to witness the exceptional synergy that characterizes our daily interactions.
