Join us for the Student Roadshow from 30th May to 3rd June

The IgV student roadshow is back and will run from 30th May to 3rd June. 
All career-stages are invited to join as attendees (no need to register as an attendee, as Zoom details will be sent out to all, closer to the date).

ASI Students (PhD / Masters) are invited to present

The purpose is to showcase the research of IgV students. Every ASI PhD or Masters student based in Victoria or Tasmania who registers, will be given the opportunity to present a short talk (there will not be any posters).  Note: Students who have already submitted their thesis, but have not yet had their degrees conferred, are eligible.

The best-judged presentations will be awarded registration to attend the 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting of ASI in Melbourne (29th Nov – 3rd Dec) valued at $395. It is anticipated that the IgV Committee will be awarding a large number of ASI2022 bursaries

What's on?

The roadshow will be run over five days with talks held at a different site on each day.

Melbourne-based students should choose the site that they are closest to.
Regional Victoria and Tasmania-based students should choose 3rd June – Online. Students will be contacted later to confirm site and exact time of presentation.

IgV Students - How to express your interest

EOI Submission Deadline: April 29th at 5pm VIC.

This registration is for IgV student (PhD and Masters) members to express their interest in presenting for the Student Roadshow.  This form requires you to log in to the ASI website so we know you are a current member. 

• ℹ️ If you are currently logged in to the ASI website, a green button saying "  Register for this event " will appear below. 
• ℹ️ If you are not currently logged in, please follow the prompts in the black box.

On the next page, please:
🚩 1) Include your proposed talk title in the field 'Additional Requirements'
🚩 2) Include supervisor and affiliation in the field 'Organisation'.  E.g. 'Mark Chong Lab, SVI'.
🚩 3) Select your preferred site/ date from the dropdown menu.
