Inviting all current ASI Members to the 2024 Annual General Meeting

Invitation to all current 2024 members

Please join us at our ASI Annual General Meeting 2024 to be held at the ASI 2024 in Sydney.
This will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney during the Lunchtime session on Wed Nov 27th 2024.

The agenda is circulated via email to current members around Oct - Nov.  Please check your email for further details.

Proxy Appointments

Details about how to appoint a proxy in your absence will be circulated via email to members around Oct - Nov 2024.

Registration Deadline

There is no deadline and no need to register in advance.  Please just turn up on the day if you hold a current ASI membership, and encourage your peers to come along too.

How to join

1. Ensure your ASI membership is current as this is a member-only event. Not sure? Click here to log in to your member portal and view your "Financial Status".
2. Please try to arrive 15 min early, so we can determine whether a quorum has been reached and start on time.  
3. Scan the QR code at the door using your mobile phone, to register your attendance.  This year the QR code will be replacing the paper lists used formerly, to expedite the entry of attendees into the room.
4. The AGM will start at 1:15pm.  Please refer to the conference program book for any last-minute changes to the program.
